A few words from the Founder
Kunal Makwana is an online body transformation coach based in London. With a background in sports education and psychology and passion for learning about the mindset behind attaining excellence, Kunal has helped transform the lives of hundreds of busy men and women by achieving outstanding transformation results.
Kunal’s personal journey began at a young age after sadly losing his father to lung cancer. This changed Kunal’s perspective on life, and since then he discovered his purpose in educating others on the importance of prioritising health and fitness and living a long, healthy, and happy lifestyle.
Not one for quick fix results, Kunal’s aim is to help all his clients get into the best shape of their lives and learn how to maintain it for life.
